As we move into the 21st
century most corporations, from small to large are
facing radical change. Due to globalization, technology
and communication advances the needs for managerial and
executive excellence have increased enormously.
Reengineered organizations often require new skills of
their managers. Graduate programs, executive education
and in-house training programs cannot meet these
changing needs in an individualized and ongoing way.
Specialized training programs - those tailored to meet
each organization's and individual's unique requirements
are desperately needed and difficult to find.
